A good looking webpage contains different languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. I prefer using Notepad or any basic text editor. Every page you see has some sort of graphics on it. That is why the second tool for the web is Adobe ImageReady.

Macromedia has many grat products for the web. My personal knowledge involves Macromedia Flash and Macromedia Director [shockwave]. Ability of professional video editing using software from Adobe, programs like Premiere and AfterEffects.
